Returns & Replacements

Nova Skin Inc strives to provide world-class service to all our customers. We stand by the quality of our products 100% and guarantee your satisfaction. Nova Skin Inc will gladly accept requests for returns for any Nova Skin Inc products in case of defects, damage related to the shipment/delivery process, or if the received product is not consistent with your order. Before submitting a request for a return, please note the following:

  1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained via our Customer Service department before shipping the product(s) back.

  2. Product(s) must be returned within 5 days of delivery date in order to be authorized.

  3. Return shipping and handling fees are not reimbursed by Nova Skin Inc and we regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

  4. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and include a receipt.

  5. All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used when the purchase was made.



Refund

To ensure a timely refund, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Contact Customer Service at 1-786-445-3954 immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product and prior to shipment of the return item(s). We will process your request for return and issue a RMA number.
    Please have the following information ready when calling:

  • Name, address, phone number, and email address if available

  • Where and when the product was purchased

  • Reason for the return

  • Copy of your receipt and invoice number

Prepare the item(s) for shipment placing the unused portion of the product(s) in their original condition and packaging.

Make sure a copy of your receipt and an invoice number are included in your return shipment. Mail returns to:

Expedited processing of returns and credits are of utmost priority at Nova Skin Inc If provided, you will receive an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.

THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.  In no event shall Nova Skin Inc... be liable for, and Customer shall indemnify and hold Nova Skin Inc...harmless from, any damages, direct, indirect, general, special, incidental or consequential,  WHETHER RESULTING FROM Nova Skin Inc...NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, arising out of, in connection with, or resulting from the goods contract sold hereunder, and any and all claims, actions, suits and proceedings which may be instituted in respect to the foregoing, including without limitation those made by subsequent owners and users of the goods.
