Order Cancellation Policy

If an order is canceled for reasons not related to Nova Skin & MediDermik, a cancellation processing fee will apply.

This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations due to:

• Customer changed their mind
• Order placed by mistake
• Customer found another product, equipment, supplier, or alternative option
• Customer no longer wants or needs the product
• Any other reason unrelated to Nova Skin & MediDermik responsibility.

 

In such cases, the following fees will apply:

• A 3% cancellation processing fee based on the total amount paid
• Orders paid through Klarna or Shop Pay Installments will incur an additional 2% fee due to non-refundable payment processing charges

These fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be treated under the standard Return & Replacement Policy, including applicable restocking fees and shipping charges.
